The Stratfords Support and Living offers independent living with professional support, mentoring and access to a friendly community to those recovering from disabilitating illness or conditions.
Our specialised carers, staff and facilities work to help with the transition from living within a care environment to self sufficient independent living by providing individually tailored support packages based upon the residents needs and abilities.
The Stratfords are part of the Cinnabar Group along with other residential properties including;
“Appleby Grange”, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria,
“Linford Grange”, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.
